The service operates on 3rd party technology (OpenAI) and is designed to enhance productivity and decision-making in product management. Rowsup is constantly evolving with new features and improvements to provide the best possible service to its users.

Rowsup's features, users must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. In association with the product, Rowsup makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of non-infringement of third-party rights. Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Rowsup disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, reliability, and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Rowsup will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that Rowsup will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.

9. Modification of Terms and Service
Rowsup reserves the right to modify these Terms and the service at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Rowsup website or at the time we notify you otherwise. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the last modified date of these Terms. Your continued use of Rowsup after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination of Service
Rowsup may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, in accordance with the Arbitration Agreement outlined below. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rowsup regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Rowsup (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms). You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, but we may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Rowsup's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
